Dress Code
As in all clubs, a dress code is required although not essential for social bowls and not for new members in the immediate weeks until they become members. To play in friendly matches and tournaments you will have to play in club colours. The use of Bowling Shoes (not trainers or shoes) is a requirement at all times when playing on the mats, and everyone must have a change of footwear. Bowling shoes are flat with no heel, tread or pattern.
Club Colours
Our club colours are blue jersey or cardigan with a white shirt or polo top, grey trousers/skirts with colour or white bowling shoes. Please check with the Club Secretary for details and availability of garments and badges, advice on bowls, clothing and accessories which can be purchased locally or online.
AGM
Our AGM is held annually in April/May for election officers and committee members, where it is hoped that all members will attend to review and discuss any proposals or changes and to arrange other social events for the coming year.
